    (ANI)

French first lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy has quashed rumors that all's not well in her and Nicolas' paradise.

From the starting itself, Bruni has been bombarded with questions about her marriage with the president.

The singer married Nicolas three months after meeting him, but said it "wasn't possible" to be with him without getting married.

In an exclusive interview, Bruni told Sky News: "It was unbearable for public opinion, which I do understand.

"It wasn't about 'hey, let's date', we had to do it fast to calm the people down."

While talking about the infidelity claims, Bruni said: "He would never have an affair. And have you ever seen a picture of him having an affair?" (ANI)
