    Another quake strikes Chile

    Two strong earthquakes hit Chile Thursday, minutes ahead of the start of the inauguration ceremony for new President Sebastian Pinera.

    Initial reports said the quakes had a magnitude of 7.2.

    February 27, an 8.8-magnitude earthquake struck Chile, killing more than 400 people.
